Are You Ready to Normalise Discomfort?


I was thinking to myself: what would be the message I’d like to hear on the last day of the year? Or on the first one?

Or…at any time?

This is that message.

In my previous episode, I’ve told you that the general theme of my podcast episodes – and articles! – this season will be discomfort.

In this episode, I quickly share a personal story that hopefully illustrates why it’s so important to normalise discomfort, and three reminders regarding discomfort that have the power to keep us on the path of oftentimes uncomfortable self-knowledge.
