If you like to say “I’m a perfectionist”, you might wanna drop it.

Why? Because there’s one meaning of perfectionism that’s really unhealthy — but only if we never learn about it.

That’s why I’ve recored this super quick episode!

Four minutes: that’s how quickly I summarise how perfectionism is defined and then say what’s wrong with one of those definitions — and trust me, it’s really not helping us in ANY way.
