Why do we take some things personally and others not? What can help us to go deeper and let this burden down?
This is no easy task. And how deep you want to go with this work depends on how willing and how equipped you are to do it.
In my episode, I present four suggestions. These are four reminders, questions, and invitations to go increasingly deeper into this work:
- “What A says about B says more about A than it says about B”
- Is it really worth my time?
- Maybe it’s true? Can I get curious here?
- Why is this triggering me? Can I explore it using a lot of self-compassion?
Please watch it and see what works for you.
I hope you choose to do the work. It’s never easy but it’s always worth it.
