What The World with Israel in It Looks Like – And Why It’s OK for Our Nervous Systems Not to Be OK

There are the things you say when you actually want to shout them.

This is how my political commentary has felt for the past years. Because it is about the world that neither you nor I can escape.

Have you noticed how this world has been?

If yes (and if you’re following my work here, I bet it is a YES), you, too, might be feeling a heaviness that doesn’t go away. The simple answer to why it is like this is this: because it cannot.

My video is on the heaviness of existing in the world where crimes are being committed against my and your humanity continuously. And if you’re following what’s happening in Palestine, this is what you might feel every day.

I invite you to acknowledge it, hold it with compassion, and continue taking action so that we don’t have to live in this kind of world.

If you can’t commit to the full video, I invite you to watch and share an excerpt from my video below:

As always, stay strong but keep your heart open ❤️

Your thoughts

My name is Justina

As a political commentator who talks about different forms and systems of external oppression, I’m also interested in my own personal transformation.

In this platform, I share with you tools, frameworks, authors, and anything of value I have found to lead a life of authenticity.

Imperfectly – oh yes? And with silliness where appropriate (well, or not).
