How Can You Deal with The Need to Form A Certain Image on Social Media?

I must admit that it’s been difficult for me to find healthier ways to navigate social media.

Interestingly, it’s not so much about consumption but my own desire to appear a certain way — does that resonate with you?

If it does, and if you’ve ever wondered how you’re appearing on different platforms or how you’d LIKE to appear, please please watch this.

Thankfully, there are much better ways to see social media than running the risk of losing our authenticity in this navigation process ❤️

In my episode, I share a helpful realisation that I myself had while I was in a film project a year ago, and something amazing Seth Godin has shared with us (you can find a beautiful interview with him here).

Please watch it and, as always, be generous and share it with others who need to hear this.
