After half of year divided between Brazil and Colombia, I came back to Europe and had an initiation into its summer activities by going camping with my sister.
I came back with a sore back and bruised…thumbs.
“Bruised thumbs?” Yes, that’s correct.
What the hell happened? And why am I sharing this?

What happened was a super nice kayaking experience. What also happened were two-day physical challenges that were not only ridiculous but that unleashed a list of metaphors in my head.
Or, as I call them, mindfulness lessons!
The premise was simple: a group of friends take their (or, in my case, borrowed) kayaks and paddle boards and go explore some beautifully interconnected lakes.

What really happened there and what lessons did I draw from it?
Let me tell you about it in my light and quick video/podcast episode.
Why?
Because how you FRAME your experiences is so so so important. And especially experiences that you choose to call challenges.
