Our time is so precious and what we pour into our heads is so important.

If we want it or not, what we consume changes us so we have to be careful there (sounds grim, I know!:)

Having said that, I am very grateful for all of you who have chosen to spend your time with me!

I’m not afraid to admit that I want my content to create value; that, in addition to the joy it brings me to produce everything, I do want it to enrich your lives.
